Challenge

The sales operation faced inefficiencies due to manual processes, disparate systems, and lack of centralized data. This resulted in delays, errors, and difficulty in tracking sales activities and performance.

The goal was to design a comprehensive finance/invoicing web application that seamlessly integrated with the existing ecosystem and addressed the needs of various user groups involved in the sales process. It was crucial to ensure an end-to-end user experience that was intuitive and cohesive, considering both the requirements within the invoicing app and its integration with other related products.

Results

12 Key Features Designed: Led the global UX/UI team in conceptualizing and designing essential functions for four product teams within the Finance Cluster. This included developing intuitive interfaces and workflows to meet user needs and business objectives.

60% Established Design System: Actively participated in crafting a design system for the project involving ten clusters, promoting consistency and scalability across various products and teams.

40% Operational Efficiency: By establishing a seamless user experience and implementing user-centric solutions, the project contributed to improved operational efficiency within the finance cluster, streamlining processes and enhancing productivity.
